FJB-16 Basement Floor Jack provides extra support for leveling and stabilizing floor beams and joists with a minimum height of 12 inches (1 foot), and a minimum height capacity of 9,738 pounds; maximum height of 16 inches, and a maximum height capacity of 9,738 pounds. Telescopic style with removable pins lets you properly position the brace for better leveling. Screw and turning bar is included with end pad for easy height adjustment. Welded steel construction and red oxide finish.
