These Utility Compression Porch Springs by Prime-Line Products are constructed of .227 ga. diameter spring steel and come in a corrosion-resistant nickel plated finish. This design is commonly used to replace worn or missing porch swing springs and are rated with a maximum safe load of 352 pounds each. If installing porch swing for the first time, a good pair of heavy duty hooks or eye bolts will be required, depending upon what material they will hang from.
