Turn the middle portion to loosen or tighten the threaded connectors, making cables taut and supporting loads. This chain turnbuckle is rated for light duty so it can keep cables tight that are holding up pieces of wood and other objects. It can be placed in a horizontal or vertical position depending on the application.
