Gator 9-Inch x 11-Inch Waterproof Sanding Sheets are the ideal choice when wet sanding and finishing by hand are required. This package has waterproof sheets and can be used on multiple surfaces. It is impermeable and can be used in between coats or wood stains or paints. This sandpaper sheet works on metal, wood, fiberglass, drywall and painted surfaces. There are many less-known household uses for sandpaper, such as removing rust from tools and opening a stuck jar. 400 grit is best for wet or dry sanding of primer coats before painting. 600 grit sheets are best for sanding between coats of paint and to wet sand primer coats.
