The Trudeau Cooking Twine is perfect for tying roasts, cuts of meat and wrapping whole birds helping them keep their shape for more uniform cooking and will keep stuffing firmly inside roulades or bird cavities. The twine, made of 60% cotton and 30% polyester, is ideal for barding, fastening herbs or slices of bacon to your meat and multiple other uses such as tying herbs for soups and stews.
