The Zinsser bulls’ eye 1-2-3 plus 13 oz. flat white interior/exterior primer spray is an all-purpose, high-performance primer designed to block all water and oil base stains. Advanced technology primer prevents blistering, peeling and inhibits rust. Excellent adhesion sticks to various surfaces including glossy materials, chalky siding, masonry, and metal.
